Bellatrix Lestrange nee Black - Azkaban Andromeda Tonks nee Black - married to a Muggle-Born & has a daughter Narcissa Malfoy nee Black - disgraced & married to a pardoned DE Sirius Black - Azkaban (no trial.. not convicted.. hmmm..) Regulus Black - DE change of heart.. dead.. Orion Black - dead in '79 Walburga Black - dead in '85 Cygnus Black - dead in '79 Druella Black nee Rosier - unknown
So technically Sirius is a Head of House.. and Andromeda could be the pro tem Head in his stead.
